Our Products. All featured products are in-stocks or preorders as stated. Buyers are advised to check measurements, colors, and other specifications carefully before any purchase as no returns, exchange or refunds will be entertained for all sold products. While we make every effort to display the colors of our products published on our blogshop as accurately as possible, however, the actual colors you see is dependent on your monitor settings. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colors will be exactly the same as our products’ colors.
Please take a few moments to review the Business Policies & Sales Terms listed below as they will apply to all orders through our blogshop / webstore. Your purchase of any products at SweetBlack indicates your acceptance of these terms. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure they have read, understand, and comply with our Business Policies & Sales Terms before completing their purchase.
Enquiries.
We will attend to you email enquiries with 48 hours.
We reserve the right to change pricing, goods and description of goods and Terms & Conditions at any time.
Ordering. After submitting your order form online, the customer will receive an order confirmation email in the form of an invoice from us. Next, proceed to make payment & email us your transaction details to us within 48 hours.
Buyers are reminded to send in your orders only if you are 100% sure of purchasing the item/s. Should you wish to withdraw your order, please notify us by email. Customers who back out the 2nd time will be blacklisted. Dead buyers who do not reply to communication will automatically be blacklisted. All dead buyers will be blacklisted from our online shop and banned from future purchases. Please shop responsibly and respect others' time.
We reserve the right to reject a transaction/customer at our discretion.
Important Note: Once you have placed an order, you will need to make payment within 24 hours on receipt of our invoice. Orders are processed based on first-pay first serve basis. If we do not get any response after 24 hours, your order will automatically be canceled and released to the next buyer on waitlist queue.
Payment. For local orders, we gladly accept ATM/ i-Banking Transfer via POSB/ DBS, UOB Banks and Paypal (Debit / Credit Card) payments . For overseas orders, we accept MasterCard, American Express card, Discover via Paypal. All payments must be made within 24 hours of shopping cart checkout. Please remember to email us the payment details in the given format as stated in the Invoice.

Payment Security. All card payments are done via our payment gateway with World PayPal® in a secure server environment (https) with SSL 128-bit encryption technology. In the unlikely event that anything happened with your credit card transaction, we would work with your card company to minimize whatever hassle for you. Our commitment in this regard is total and unconditional. It's Guaranteed!
Credit Card & Personal information. Never send your credit card number and verification number over email, not even to us. Privacy and Confidentiality. We treat all transactions and customers' particulars with the strictest confidence.
Pricing. All items are sold on a fixed price policy and strictly no bargaining is allowed.
Postage & Packing Fees. Local Normal Mail - Complimentary, Registered Mail Service / Other Recorded Mail Service - Top-up $2.24 on top of purchased item price.


Delivery. After payment, do allow us 48 hours to verify your payment and pack your instock order. All backorder/preorders will normally take 10-15 business working days to arrive, depending on the arrival of the shipment and stock availability. Please allow another 3 more business days for us to process and pack your order and to sent out to you. Please expect to receive a delivery notification from us once your order has been dispatched. Normal & Registered mail options only and delivery is not available on weekends or local public holidays. Meet-ups are not available.
Registered postage is strongly recommended as we will not liable for any lost / misdirected items sent through Normal Mail.
Parcels are delivered through SingPost and it takes approximately 2 – 3 business days for local orders, 10-15 business days for international orders..
Buyers who have opted for Registered / Recorded Mail will be provided with a SingPost tracking number or Delivery Note number. To find out your parcel status, simply enter this number online at http://www.singpost.com.sg/ra/ra_article_status.asp or call Singpost at 1605 should package not be trackable online.
Any unsuccessful delivery order which is returned to us will be kept with us for 10 working days while we proceed to inform the buyer of the delivery status. We will not issue any refunds for order items undelivered and buyer will be required to bear re-posting fee should buyer request that we resend the order again. If buyer does not pay up re-posting fee stated by us in communication within 10 workings days of our notification, we reserves the rights to give away / resell the order items for charity purposes.
Item Status/ Availability. Sold out – item is out of stock. Back-orders may be opened for popular items and interested buyers can send in their orders then. Buyers on waitlist queue for 1st order will have priority over those queuing on new back-order.
Pending – awaiting payment from other buyers. If buyers fail to make payment within the 24 hours grace period, we will release the item/s to the next interested buyer on wait list according to the queue of ordering email.
Exchange & Refunds. All goods sold / orders paid for are non-refundable & non-exchangeable. No Exchange & Refund will be entertained as all goods sold are carefully and thoroughly inspected by us before shipping. Buyers are advised to check measurements carefully before any purchase. Lighting conditions and monitor settings may result in slight color differences between photograph and actual product. A full refund of the product paid will be made only if the product is no longer in stock after making the payment. Once an order has been processed, the payment will not be refunded even if the customer wishes to withdraw before the order has been processed.
Exchange may be considered in exceptional cases of prominent manufacturer's defects excluding the below reasons:
- Personal dislike, change of mind after purchase.
- Slight colour differences (same colour range or any other physical differences), thread fray ends, wrinkles, slight mis-alignment of seams; minor tear on seams which can be hand stitched;
- Button loss (replacement of buttons will be sent to you, in the event that the same button is not available, we will send a full set of replacement buttons which will match your clothing);
-Zipper not does not zip smoothly (please wax it);
- Minor stains (especially on light colour clothes) eg. washable stains, smudges and dirt will not be covered;
- Sizing issues (clothes do not fit, note different batches of clothes may have different sizing hence take note of size measurements stated when making purchase,disprepancy of measurements between supplier provided measurements and that of the actual item sold is not over 6cm);
- Claiming that the cutting of clothes is not good;
- Deliberate damage of clothes such that it will warrant an exchange.
- Slight discolouration of graphic print on tee-shirts
All request for exceptional cases of exchange must be accompanied by zoom out image of the defective area and exchange items MUST be returned & received by us within seven (7) days from date of dispatch of your order. Buyer will have to bear shipping / postage costs boths ways
Lost Packages / Replacements. We will not be responsible for any lost or misdirected mail order packages that is posted via normal mail service which is non-recorded, and therefore not traceable or trackable. No refunds or replacements will will offered.
Please opt for recorded mail services at additional costs to you to minimise such risk. We can make enquiries on your behalf for the status of orders that are shipped by recordable postal services (i.e. registered air mail, Smartpac, AM Mail, etc) which need to be signed by you upon receiving. If you did not receive your package, please contact us by email us at : sweetblacksg@gmail.com and provide us your order details.
Please note that there will be no refund for lost / missing / misdirected order packages. We will replace the same item and mail it to you again, for orders opted to be mailed via recorded mail services after we receive confirmation from the postal agent, Singpost, that package was not delivered, or is lost. We reserve the right to replace the missing item with another item with the same value if the item that you have previously ordered is sold out. Buyer will only be entitled to one time replacement after confirmation from postal agent, Singpost that package has been lost.

Copyright. Our photos, images & descriptions should not be reproduced without our prior permission in any way.
Privacy. We do not disclose customer information to third parties. We will only use your personal details for fulfilling your order. If there are any problems with your order, we will contact you immediately either by email or telephone. Our blogshop contains links to other websites and we are not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of third party websites. Non-Communication. If SweetBlack is unable to communicate with a customer for a period of ten (10) days, the order will be cancelled without notice and all monies paid will be forfeited to SweetBlack. It is very important for you to check your junk/spam inbox if you have not heard from us within five (5) business days of placing your order.
Social Networking. SweetBlack reserves the right to 'feature' your feedback & comment on any of our social networking sites such as a blog, Facebook or Twitter.
International Airmail Shipping - Exact rates depends on total weight of your order. For overseas shipping, we will advise on delivery charges according to shipping destination & weight of your purchase order.
